What changes at this size

Crew. This is a full-day install for a trained team with the right equipment, not a Saturday morning job. Crew guide.

Transport. Check the shipping weight on each product page against your vehicle before you order. Assumptions get expensive here.

Site. A site survey is mandatory — ground conditions, overhead clearance, underground utilities, staging room for 40-ft frame members, and vehicle access to the pitch.

Weather. 3,200 square feet of top is a very large sail. Have a written wind action plan with named decision-makers and thresholds before the first guest arrives, not after the forecast changes.

Which series to choose

Frame tents clear-span all 3,200 sq ft. For expos, staging and any floor plan that must be honoured, this is the requirement.

Engineered high peak pole tents cover the area for materially less capital and produce the tall sweeping roof that reads as a major event from outside. Centre poles have to be part of the layout from the first sketch.
