Questions rental operators ask us
How many rentals does it take to pay off a tent?
Typically 15 to 25 once you account for freight, crew labour, storage and insurance — not the 8 to 10 that dividing price by rate suggests. The number depends far more on your labour efficiency and local rate than on the tent price. We work through it with real figures in our fleet ROI guide.
What size should I buy first?
For most new operators, a 20x20 or 20x40. They cover the largest share of requests, are manageable with a small crew, and reach payback inside one to two seasons at typical utilisation. Scale up only when you are consistently turning work away.
Do you sell to new businesses?

How long do commercial tent tops last?
Manufacturers commonly cite five to ten years for commercial-grade vinyl, but storage practice moves that figure more than anything else. A top that is always dried before storage far outlasts one packed damp a few times. See our guide to tent top lifespan.
Can you ship to a residential or hard-to-access address?
Usually, but tell us in advance. Commercial tents ship LTL freight and frequently require a liftgate or forklift to receive. Flagging access constraints when you order avoids a failed delivery.
