All of our commercial grade party tents come with the ratchet straps and/or stakes- basically whatever you would need to set it up straight out of the box (unless otherwise noted in the product listing).

Residential tents are generally made for at home use while commercial grade tents are specifically designed to withstand many setups, takedowns and transportation to and from job sites.

We highly recommend purchasing a tarp with your tent as it will come in great use when setting up and taking down your tent. When assembling the tent, you will want to lay out your ground tarp and place your parts on the tarp to protect them from scratches, scuffs or dirt from the ground. This will preserve the life of your tent.

The condensed version is that a pole tent is primarily designed to be used for grass and soft surface setup while frame tents can be set up on both concrete/hard surfaces and grass. Frame tents are also free of any obstructing center poles.

This is totally dependent on what you plan to be using your tent for! Sidewalls come in handy when wanting to create privacy, extra shade or intimate spaces for larger events. We recommend adding them on to the purchase of your tent, but not every customer needs them. Ask us if you are not sure.

We do not set up tents. We will ship the party tent to the shipping address provided with everything you need to set it up on your own. We can also provide you with product manuals, set up instructions and educational videos so you can learn how to properly set up your tent.

Generally, you will want to ask yourself a few questions to find out which tent is right for you. Type of event, type of surface you will be setting up on, how long you plan to keep it up for, your experience level and how many people! If you are still unsure, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.

All inflatables come with the blower unless otherwise noted in the product listing details.

Semi-commercial inflatables use a lighter ounce vinyl in less trafficked areas of the unit to allow a more budget friendly price and a lower weight making it easier to maneuver.

You can always purchase the accessories at a later date, although you will get the best deal when buying immediately with the unit. We recommend a ground tarp, landing mat, extra blower, watchdog blower siren and dolly.

Please refer to the 'specs' in the product listing details. Some inflatables need more than 1 blower. We always recommend having additional blowers on hand as blower failures can happen on the job and it is best to be prepared!

To roll up an inflatable manually, be sure to have more than 1 person on hand to help you. Make sure the unit is completely dry before rolling up. You may want to consider investing in an inflatable rolling machine to make this process much more efficient. Be sure to store your inflatables in a storage bag, off of the ground and in an area that does not experience extreme temperature drops.
