30x45 Tents

A 30x45 covers 1,350 square feet at a 3:2 proportion — wide enough for a centre dance floor, long enough for a head table and a bar at the ends. For a full wedding reception in one structure, this is often the smallest size that genuinely works.

What fits under a 30x45

Work the subtraction before you promise a number: dance floor 300–600 sq ft, bar 150–200 including standing room, head table 150–200, buffet 100–150. That is up to 1,150 sq ft of the 1,350 committed before a single guest table goes down.

Which series to choose

Frame tents give you all 1,350 square feet clear-span. At this size that is worth real money, because interior poles land exactly where a dance floor or head table wants to be.

Engineered high peak pole tents are the alternative: substantially more economical to cover this area, with a dramatic swept roofline that photographs well. The poles sit on the centre line, so plan the layout around them rather than fighting them.

Anchoring at this size
