20x60 Tents

A 20x60 covers 1,200 square feet at a 3:1 proportion — a long hall rather than a room. Rental operators buy this size because it is the same 20-ft width as their 20x20 and 20x40 stock, so tops, sidewalls and crew method all carry across.

What fits under a 20x60

The long proportion is a genuine trade-off. It is excellent for banquet-style seating, vendor rows and processional layouts. It is poor for a central dance floor, because guests at one end are 60 feet from guests at the other.

The width-compatibility argument

If you already run 20-ft-wide tents, a 20x60 shares sidewall inventory, uses the same leg height, and installs with the method your crew already knows. Which series to choose

Frame tents are clear-span across all 1,200 square feet — the choice when the floor plan must be uninterrupted. Pole tents cover this area more economically and place poles down the centre line, which works when the centre is an aisle rather than seating. At 60 feet of length, sectional construction also means you can install a shorter configuration when the job calls for it.
