A 20x20 covers 400 square feet — the most-requested size in most rental markets, and usually the highest-utilisation unit in a fleet. Every 20x20 we sell is on this page so you can compare series side by side.

What fits under a 20x20

Those figures assume the full floor. A bar, buffet line or head table each take 100–200 sq ft out of the total — at this size that is a quarter of the tent, so subtract before you commit.

Which series to choose

Frame tents are clear-span — no centre pole. At 400 square feet that matters more than it sounds, because a pole in the middle of a 20x20 lands squarely where the dance floor or head table wants to be. If the tent is for weddings or anything with a focal point, choose frame.

Pole tents cover the same area at lower cost and have the classic swept profile. Fine for open receptions, catering areas and anywhere the centre is not the point.

High peak and gable give a taller, more architectural roofline while staying clear-span — the choice when appearance is doing commercial work for you.

Heavier-gauge frames cost more and weigh more, but hold up better under the install-and-strike cycle of a rental fleet. If this tent will go up thirty times a season, that difference pays for itself.

What to order with it

Sidewalls turn the canopy into a room — and change how it handles wind, so anchor for the configuration you actually install. Stakes and straps for grass; on pavement you need ballast, and the weights are substantial. Heaters and fans are what extend a 20x20 into shoulder season, which is the single biggest lever on how many times a year it earns.
