Beyond Tent's technical team stocks this corner fitting as a direct replacement for Classic Frame tent systems. It sits at each of the four corners of the frame, tying leg tubing, perimeter spreaders, and hip rafters into a single connection point β the joint that carries the combined load of two perimeter runs and a hip rafter at once.
Fits standard West Coast style frames from most major manufacturers.
Every frame tent needs four of these β one per corner β and each one is doing more structural work than a typical mid-run fitting, since it's the point where the leg, two perimeter spreaders, and the hip rafter all come together. A worn or mismatched corner fitting here is one of the faster ways a frame goes out of square, since the whole perimeter takes its alignment cue from these four points.

Set all four corner fittings before pinning any of the perimeter spreaders between them β squaring the frame is much easier when the corners can still shift slightly. Once the perimeter is square, pin the corners first, then bring in the hip rafters, and check diagonal measurements corner-to-corner before you move on to anchoring.
