Check both drilled ends before pinning — a tube that's been racked in transport can shift a hole out of round just enough to make a pin bind. Keep double-tube sections grouped separately from single-tube stock during staging; they look similar from a distance and mixing them into the wrong bay is one of the more common setup delays we hear about.
