Why an Adjustable Base Plate Matters
Some installs call for a full extra foot or more of eave clearance — a loading dock, a stage entrance, or a significant slope across the footprint. Rather than special-ordering custom tube lengths, this 4' base plate slides directly into a standard 2" OD frame tube and gives your crew a repeatable, factory-spec way to gain that height at any leg.

At this length, stake or brace the leg before it's fully loaded — the added height means more leverage on the base plate connection, especially in wind. Confirm your anchoring plan accounts for the extra leg height before setup day, not after the roof is up.
