It features a 17 gauge welded steel frame with a black powder coated finish. Rubber stoppers on each chair hanger help keep your walls scratch-free and prevent chairs from sliding off. Four, 3 inch polyolefin swivel casters allow for easy mobility on most types of floor surfaces.
