Is a tarp included with the Emerald Falls?
A tarp is not included but is strongly recommended, especially for wet use. A ground tarp protects the bottom of the unit from abrasion and extends the life of the inflatable. We recommend ordering one with your purchase.
What blower does the Emerald Falls require?
One 1.0HP commercial blower is required and included with purchase. Connect it to a dedicated standard 120V circuit. The blower runs continuously during operation to maintain inflation.
Is this slide commercial grade?
Yes. Built with 15oz knife-coated, rip-stop PVC vinyl, triple-stitched seams, and double-layer reinforcement at all high-stress points. It meets ASTM and CPSIA safety standards for commercial inflatable use.
How long does setup take?
One person can inflate and stake the Emerald Falls in under 10 minutes. Deflation via the deflation zipper system takes approximately 5 minutes.
What is the warranty on the Emerald Falls?
A one-year limited warranty covers all defects in workmanship including seam failures and fabric tears. Damage from misuse, improper storage, or accidents is not covered. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Beyond Tent for warranty repairs or replacements.

We will repair all units with issues resulting from defects in workmanship such as seam tears and openings and fabric tears. We will repair all units with such defects at no cost.
Units that have any form of damage resulting from improper or unsafe use, improper storage, accidents, vandalism, etc. are not covered by warranty. Zipper defects are typically not covered under warranty.
