Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of purchase. However, damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or neglect are not covered under this warranty.
Exclusions:
Please note that zippers are not covered under this warranty.

In the event that a product is found to be defective within the warranty period. Beyond Tent will, at its discretion, repair the product. However, we are not responsible for any lost revenue, profits, or damages that may occur as a consequence of product damage or failure, including but not limited to rental income, event cancellation costs, or any other indirect or consequential damages.
