The BeyondTent 8'x12' Classic Series West Coast Frame Tent delivers 96 square feet of fully clear-span covered space. At 96 sq ft, wide enough to seat 10 guests banquet-style or run a dual-vendor station side by side. Built from 16 oz / 540 gsm PVC coated polyester blockout vinyl and NFPA 701 certified with permanently attached label. 2" anodized aluminum pipes and steel fittings, internal perimeter rope sidewall system, fail-safe R-pin hardware. Beyond Tent supplies commercial-grade tents exclusively to rental operators and event professionals.

Frequently Asked Questions: 8'x12' Classic Series West Coast Frame Tent

1) Is this tent NFPA 701 fire-rated?
Yes. NFPA 701 certified with a permanently attached flame-retardant label. Required for permitted public events at parks, fairgrounds, parking lots, and school campuses.
2) Can it be installed on concrete or asphalt?
Yes. Use concrete ballast blocks or water-filled weight bags at each leg in place of ground stakes. No modifications required.
3) How many people does it take to set up?
2 persons minimum. Build the roof skeleton flat on the ground, attach the canopy top, then lift onto the perimeter legs. Setup takes approximately 15–30 minutes for an experienced crew.
4) Does it have interior center poles?
No. The entire 96 sq ft is completely clear — no center poles, no guy wires, no interior obstructions.
5) What is the longest single component?
11 ft 4 in — requires a flatbed trailer, enclosed trailer, or high-roof extended cargo van. Plan transport before your first delivery.
6) What sidewall options are available?
Three options: No Sidewalls, Premium Solid White, or Premium Cathedral Window. All attach via the internal perimeter rope system.
7) What does "16 oz blockout vinyl" mean?
16 oz per square yard — nearly twice the weight of consumer event canopy fabric. Blockout means 95%+ UV block. The commercial rental standard for high-volume fleets.
8) How does it ship?
LTL freight only. Ships 1–3 business days, approximately 5–10 days transit. Someone must sign for delivery.
9) Are replacement parts available?

10) What is the warranty?
