Each tent ships with 36" × 1" ratchet-assembly stakes engineered for firm ground penetration and quick, tool-free tensioning. Setup requires just 2–3 people and no specialized equipment.
This tent is available in two configurations: stakes and hardware only (no sidewalls) or with a full 16 oz blockout sidewall kit for fully enclosed coverage. Both configurations use the same aluminum frame and premium canopy.

Can this tent be installed on concrete or pavers?
Yes. The cross-cable aluminum frame supports anchoring on any surface — concrete, asphalt, pavers, grass, or packed earth. On hard surfaces, use appropriate concrete anchor weights or surface bolts. Consult our Ballasting Guide for hard-surface setup requirements.
What is the canopy material?
The canopy is 16 oz PVC-coated polyester in a blockout weave. It is waterproof, UV resistant, flame retardant, and mold and mildew resistant. The blockout construction prevents sunlight from passing through, keeping the interior cooler and darker than standard canopies.
Is this tent NFPA 701 certified?
The canopy fabric is flame retardant, but we do not currently have NFPA 701 certification documentation on file for this product. If your event or venue requires a fire rating permit, please contact us at sales@beyondtent.com before purchasing so we can confirm current certification status.
Does this tent come with sidewalls?
It is available in two configurations. The base option (SKU: C-2H, $3,669.99) includes 36" ratchet stakes and hardware with no sidewalls. The sidewall kit option (SKU: C-2H-1, $4,570.99) adds a matching 16 oz blockout sidewall set. Sidewalls attach via Hook-and-Loop Attachment.
How many people does this tent seat?
The hexagonal 244 sq ft floor plan accommodates approximately 40 guests at seated round-table dinner service, 67 in cathedral or theater seating, or up to 80 standing in a cocktail configuration.
How many people are needed to set this tent up?
Setup requires 2–3 people. The aluminum cross-cable frame assembles without specialized tools, and the longest single component is 9'3" (2.8m) — manageable with a small crew.
