Return Policy

All sales are final and we do not accept returns. Returns are accepted if there is a shipping error or manufacturers defect and will be issued as a store credit. Please notify us of any error or defect within 14 days of your purchase so we can help you.

Any approved refund will only be issued as a store credit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refusal of an order upon delivery will result in a 30% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Once an order has reached the warehouse to be packed and shipped or it has been placed in line to be manufactured (ie. custom designs), customers must follow the returns process. Generally, this happens within 24 hours after placing your order. If you have made an order in error, please contact us immediately. Our warehouse prepares most in stock orders to be shipped the same day. If you wish to cancel an order and it has already reached the warehouse to be packed and shipped, you will be guided to follow our returns process as stated above.
